Thunder Punishment Chains

An unknown set of golden chains found by Dai Lin in the Ancient Dragon Battlefields, its origins are unknown but was implied to have been owned by a person deemed as the Thunder Lord. It's powers currently shown are that of sealing, and punishment as more details have yet to be uncovered.
